If you sign up for The Human You Toolkit, this site collects your email address. That is the only personal information collected here. There are no accounts, no purchases made on this site, and no comment section.
Payment for the book happens on Amazon, under Amazon's own privacy policy. Nothing about that transaction reaches this site.
Your email address is used to send you the toolkit, and occasionally to write to you about the book, new writing, or related work. It is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you immediately and permanently.
Email is handled by MailerLite, which stores subscriber data and records whether emails are opened and whether links are clicked. Their privacy policy governs that storage.
The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, as any web host does. Visit statistics are processed by Google Analytics.
Typefaces are served from this site itself, so no font request leaves for a third party.
The toolkit signup page loads MailerLite's script, which sets cookies to recognise returning visitors and to record form activity. No other page on this site loads that script.
If you choose day or night mode, that preference is stored in your own browser and never leaves your device.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and reports aggregate figures. It is not used for advertising, and no advertising profiles are built from it.
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely. Write to the address below and it will be handled.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or the CCPA. Those rights are honoured regardless of location.
